The rotary switch in the upper left corner of the module is reserved for redundancy features. The default position of the switch is 9 for DLR, linear, or star topologies. The switch must be set to 7 for a redundant adapter with DLR or star topologies. If the switch is in a position that is not implemented, the module displays the message"Unsupprorted mode.Change rotary switch setting"on the status display.
